Welcome to our Company
Late Mr. Arif Uddin was the Founder of our company. Mr. Arif Started his journey in this sector in 1985 with the name Arif Proprietor. After his passing, his son Md. Arafath Hossain inherited the business and registered again with the name Arif Waterproofing & Construction in 2012 with a dream and a vision to become a pioneer corporation in Construction Sector of our country. We started our new journey with some young engineers, expert Waterproofers and a business entrepreneur to mark our signature in the indigenous construction industry. A team of efficient professionals runs the company.
They created and maintain an environment of trust and discipline that encourages and motivates everyone in the company to work together for mutual benefit which also helps in achieving the objectives of our company. Some of the workers are working with us from the era of Founder Mr. Arif Uddin. Their 25+ years of experience and our adaptation to new and improved technologies has put us in the leading position. From the beginning of 2014, Md. Arafath Hossain is being accompanied and advised by another young entrepreneur Mr. Umar Ahamed, a computer engineer and an alumnus of BRAC University.

We recognize that it’s our responsibility to comply with national and international laws, regulations, internal policies and ethical standards – otherwise known as compliance. Compliance is part of our DNA. It’s in everything we do. Our efforts are supported by a Compliance Department focusing on three core responsibilities: Prevent, Detect and Respond. These responsibilities are the foundation of our Ethics and Compliance Program that preserves our bonding within the team and affiliation with customers. Trust in Who We Are We have adopted a Code of Conduct that summarizes fundamental ethical and legal duties and the most important principles cum
standards of our company. This code is an extension of our values and the foundation of who we are. All of our employees must comply with this code and any other corporate policy provided by the government. Violations of our policies are not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action up to and including contract termination and personal liability. Whenever You Need Us If situations arise where there is a violations of law, our policy or ethical standards, we want you to speak up frankly. You can contact our Management or Compliance Department. We are also collecting regular feedback from our clients to fill up any gap (if available) in our services. We are able to provide urgent services even in holidays for our regular and valued customers who deem us trust worthy.

I started my journey at AWC as a technician and later was promoted to a site engineer. I have the hands-on work experience that helps me to better instruct the waterproofers in their work. I really love the opportunity I got in this organization to develop myself and climb up the ladder. I’m still thirsty and always ready to learn more.
I’ve been working in this company for more than 25 years. I started working with Arif sir and continuing with the current team led by Arafath sir. During my career, we’ve worked on numerous projects using various products and methods. The way we work, has changed a lot. Yet we’re still learning and adopting to new methods of waterproofing.
